Office Administrator - South Manchester

Cactus Energy are currently searching for an Office Administrator to be based in our offices located in South Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a well established fast growing business and further progress their career within the Renewable Energy industry. The role has a mixture of both telephone and face-to-face based work.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors to our facility; answer and direct phone calls promptly

• Carrying out general administrative tasks, such as generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and sorting and distributing incoming mail

• Providing general office support to members of staff

• Setting up files for new clients

• Maintaining our client database

• Schedule and track meetings and appointments, and travel arrangements


Skills and Experience:

Ideally 1 years minimum administrative experience

Previous experience in a telephony based role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software and systems

Microsoft Packages i.e Word, Excel

Experience in developing internal process and filing systems Microsoft Packages i.e Word, Excel

Working hours: 09.00 - 17.00 - Monday-Friday

Salary: £18,000 a year
